4 Point Inspections NOW with Home Inspections (AT NO CHARGE) 

In an on going effort to provide the MOST Comprehensive Service to my Clients and yours, I will now provide a 4 Point Inspection work sheet along with my Home Inspections, AT NO CHARGE.  This will provide many customers with the information needed when procuring Home Owners Insurance now and in the near future.  With the decline of insurance companies writing insurance in our State, the number of insurance underwriters have been reduced to a handful.  In some cases they have made it difficult to procure insurance.  Since I am Certified to provide 4 point inspections by Citizens, St. Johns (Nationwide) and several others why not use an inspector who is looking out for our clients as well as the insurance companies interests.  REMEMBER-Many insurance companies are looking for ways to decline.  A few words presented in the right way may be favorable.  Without compromising integrity things can be presented in a more favorable light.  Also don't forget WDO termite inspections can be completed for an additional charge, at the time of inspections.
